Turkey Brine

Celebrate the holidays with the juiciest and most flavorful turkey! Crafted with our own Poultry Pantry blend, Turkish bay leaves, Italian sea salt, raw sugar and  other savory spices, you will have the tastiest bird in town.

It’s so simple with Spice Junction Blends Turkey Brine:

  • Mix entire the contents of pouch with 1-quart stock or broth. Bring to boil then simmer for 10 min. Let cool, then refrigerate until cold.
  • In a large stockpot or brining bag (or any other large enough vessel), combine the brining liquid with one entire bottle of white wine.
  • Place the turkey into liquid. Add enough cold water to cover entire turkey.
  • Brine in the refrigerator for 24+ hours. Cook as directed.
