Junction Heat is a delicious warm and zesty blend of red chili peppers. Amazing chili’s from India to New Mexico, this blend is mixed with rich flavors of allspice and cumin and a touch of lime.

Ingredients:  Garlic, cumin, ginger, Kashmiri hot chili pepper, allspice, sea salt, New Mexico hot chili pepper, smoked hot paprika, chipotle pepper, lime powder, black lime, citric acid, coriander, cayenne, black pepper, clove.

• Use in saucey dishes or add to any stew.  Excellent in crock pot recipes including homemade chili!
• Mix with olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lime for an excellent marinade or rub for delicious spicy meats on the pan or grill! Add crushed garlic for a zesty fajita marinade.
• Great taco seasoning for any taco meat or fish.
• Blend with cream cheese and spread on crackers.
• Add to plain hummus and serve with cut veggies.
• Stir into sour cream for a spicy dip for chips or as a garnish for tacos and burritos.
• Add to butter and melt. Drizzle on hot popcorn for a gourmet snack.
• For a healthy snack, spinkle on avocdos and enjoy!
