Ginger Yaki

Warm and zesty ginger, savory earthy soy sauce and our special citrus blend of orange peel, black lemons and lime builds layers of flavors.

Rub directly on meats or mix with olive oil or sesame oil and baste or drizzle on meats and veggie before hitting the pan, grill or oven.

Excellent for seasoning shish kabobs grilling chicken or salmon.

Delicious added in fried rice too!

Ingredients: Soy sauce powder, ginger, honey, demerara raw cane sugar, ground sesame seeds, green onion/scallions, lime powder, apple cider vinegar, mustard, leeks, white pepper, citrus blend, hickory smoked sea salt.


Mix 1 part spice blend to 3 parts liquid such as apple juice, pineapple juice etc. or try your favorite beer. Simmer until slightly thickened. Use to baste or serve.

Or mix 1 tablespoon dry spice with 1 lb. ground beef and grill up delicious hamburgers. Top with slices of grilled pineapple for a tasty tropical flare!
