Or mix spice with olive oil and brush into meats before hitting the grill. Anardana powder and amchur gives this the perfect amount of tang. Spiced with sweet earthy molasses and jalapeno peppers, you’ll love this blend for all your outdoor grilling.
Ingredients: Demerara raw cane sugar, molasses, tomato powder, anardana powder, hickory smoked sea salt, garlic, onion, apple cider vinegar, amchur, hot smoked paprika, coriander, cumin, white pepper, ginger, jalapeno.
TO MAKE A GREAT SAUCE:
Mix 1 part spice blend to 3 parts liquid such as apple juice, pineapple juice, etc. or try Dr. Pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened. Use to baste or serve.
Or toss with nuts, Chex mix, pretzels and more for a delicious any time snack.
